Adds a Support section to the landing page (bilingual, like the rest of it) explaining that the iPhone app is finished but cannot ship without the Network Extension entitlement, which Apple issues only with a paid Developer Program membership. TON address with a copy button — falling back to selecting the text where the clipboard API is unavailable, so the address is still obtainable — and a CloudTips link for rubles.
